How to Hydrate our Body in a Hot Weather

Flesh and blood are the two parts that make our body. The flesh is made up of bones, muscles, ligaments, organs and other structures. The work of the flesh is doing activities such as walking and jumping. The life of the flesh is in the blood. There are many things that are found in blood. Examples of such things are enzymes, cells, sugars to name a few. Water makes the highest percentage of the composition of the blood. The appearance of blood is red in color. It has been noted for oxygenated blood to be dark red in color while deoxygenated blood to be light red in color. There are several functions of the blood. Blood helps in the distribution of heat in the body by circulation process through its vessels. Some of the examples of classes of blood vessels are aorta, veins, capillaries, venules, and arterioles. It has been known for blood vessels to be different in terms of size and functionality. It has been noted for an instance the largest blood vessel to be the aorta while the smallest one to be the capillaries.

It has been known for blood to assist in the transport of nutrients in the tissues of the body. It has been known for blood to aid in the removal of the waste substances from the body. Blood plays a role in the health of the body. Blood cells make sure the body is healthy at all times. The role of the platelets found in the blood is to aid in the healing process of the injuries. White blood cells boost the immunity of the body. The role of the red blood cells is to transport gasses into and out of the body. Our body is always prone to dehydration. Dehydration is mostly experienced during hot weather. It is obvious for our body to sweat when doing works such as exercises and businesses. The skin has sweat glands that excrete water and salts through evaporation when the weather is hot. Dehydration can bring detrimental effects to the body such as a headache and brain malfunctioning.

It should be our aim to stay in cool places during summer to avoid dehydration. There are a couple of strategies we can employ to make our body hydrated especially in summer. It is possible to hydrate our body by taking a lot of water. It is recommended for one to take eight glasses of water daily to offset dehydration. It is possible to hydrate our body by taking foods that have high water content such as fruits and vegetables. We should distance ourselves from drinks such as alcohol that can make our body be dehydrated.
